Touch is one of the most important senses we have as humans.  From our first day of life, we look to our mother’s touch for comfort.  As we age, we generally have less and less physical contact with others, yet the need for physical touch is just as important as an adult as it is for a child.  Massage not only fulfills our need for physical contact, but also benefits our bodies in many other ways.

Therapeutic Massage
A therapeutic massage can be a treatment applied to the full body or to a specific area of the body.  During your massage, the practitioner will use their hands, palms, fingers and forearms to massage your body and work to release any tensions and trigger points they may find.  The oils used for the treatment consist of the doTERRA® essential oil massage blend and fractionated coconut oil or grape seed oil.  This treatment is ideal if you want to address localized aches and pains or if you are dreaming of a soothing massage that will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Aromatouch™ Technique
The Aromatouch™ Technique is a clinical approach to the application of essential oils.  It was developed by Dr. David K. Hill, Founding Executive Chief Medical Officer at doTERRA® essential oils.  The treatment consists in applying eight specific essential oils and blends in sequence to the patient’s back, neck, ears and feet and the results are phenomenal.  The oils applied are Balance (a proprietary blend) and Lavender for stress management; Tea Tree and On Guard (another proprietary blend) for immune support; Aromatouch and Deep Blue (both proprietary blends) for inflammation response; and finally Wild Orange and Peppermint to help with homeostasis.  The treatment is approximately 45 minutes in time and leaves the patient feeling deeply relaxed and “mellowed out”.
